What We Do

Our goal is to help increase literacy rates of underserved children in south central Wisconsin and encourage a love of reading.

We offer books to many children through our partnerships with nonprofits, social workers, schools, and shelters. By partnering with many groups we can reach thousands of children. All books are sorted at our donation center before they are given to children.

In addition to book giving, we also offer literacy programming. Based on needs this can include author readings, story time with one of our staff members, literacy crafts and themed events for groups.  See  Our Programs page for more school programs.
