Rules for

Weekly Prize Drawings  & Grand Prizes

  • Every registered U.S. player is eligible to win our weekly and grand prizes and are automatically entered into the weekly prize drawings.

    • Eligible players have registered to play the game and paid the $10 registration fee.

    • Players under the age of 18 must be registered by a parent or guardian. 

  • The number of eligible players and entries determine the odds of winning.​

  • The weeks run from Sunday (12:00 a.m. CT) to Saturday (11:59 p.m. CT).

  • Each week a "Weekly Prize Alert" and "Bonus Entry" post will be shared via the Read Like Mad's Facebook and Instagram profiles. This  giveaway is in no way sponsored by, endorsed, or administered by or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. By participating in Read Like Mad, you understand that you will be providing your information to the owner of the Facebook and Instagram pages and not Facebook or Instagram. 

  • The "Weekly Prize Alert" will list the prize(s) which will be given away that particular week.

  • The "Bonus Entry" post will list how many "extra entries" the player will receive if the specific task is completed by 11:59 p.m. CT the Saturday of the week the post was posted. All the requirements of the "task" must be met to be earn the "bonus entry". 

  • One random winner will be selected the Sunday following the weekly deadline (11:59 p.m. CT Saturday). The winner will be notified via the email address provided on their registration form. The winner will have until 5:00 p.m. CT the next day (Monday) to claim their prize, otherwise the prize is forfeited and it will be placed back into the game. 

    Example, Week 1 weekly prize (September 23 - 29, 2018):
    The random winner will be selected September 30, 2018 and has until 5:00 p.m. CT, October 1, 2018 to claim their prize.


  • To be eligible for one of the top prizes, your completed game board and pledge (donation) must be received by 5:00 p.m., November 23, 2018.
