Tick, Tock, Boom!

We are excited to announce that we have reached our 5000 book goal at our donation center! We're thrilled to have this support from all of you, individuals, companies and churches have held book drives for those who don't have reading materials in their homes.

With this number means more numbers. We will be contacting our participating schools and nonprofits to make sure they are all taking advantage of our supplies and programs in addition to welcoming more aboard. In addition this also means our goal of 5000 books that seems so large in January was set too low! Our community came together and we are grateful for your acknowledgement that books lead to literacy skills, creativity, exploration, acceptance and love. This love of reading and books is exactly what we want to share and give to everyone.

Thank you for believing in Madison Reading Project. Keep the books coming both new and lightly used. We'll keep finding homes for the books and to help create more moments with books in hands and minds.

Want to help? We are in need of volunteers to help sort and organize donations and deliveries. We also will need help with applying book plate stickers for students to write their names. All ages can volunteer! Message me to sign up to help. Rowan@madisonreadingproject.com
